What this policy covers
Everything we publish on hourlyvps.com: product and pricing pages, guides, comparisons, tools and the pages that describe how we work. Our legal documents follow their own versioning and change rules.
Who writes and who is responsible
Pages are written and maintained by the HourlyVPS team at White Label Services, LLC, which is responsible for everything published here. When a page reports a measurement or an opinion that belongs to one person, it names that person and links to their profile. We do not invent author names, photos or credentials. Until named author profiles exist, pages are published under the HourlyVPS name.
How we use AI tools
We use AI writing tools to help draft, edit and check pages. A person on our team reviews every page before it is published, checks its facts against the sources described below, and is accountable for it. We do not publish pages generated in bulk, and we never use AI to create reviews, testimonials or people.
Where our facts come from
- Our own prices and billing rules come from one internal source, the same one that feeds our order buttons and our structured data, so every page shows the same numbers.
- Hardware and network facts come from the team that runs the infrastructure. We publish only facts we can stand behind, and we say so when something is not published yet.
- Facts about other providers come from their public pages and documentation. In a comparison, each of those facts has a source link and the date we checked it.
Comparisons
- We compare like with like, and every figure carries the date we checked it, as in our comparison of hourly VPS providers.
- We include the points where other providers do better than we do.
- If HourlyVPS appears in a comparison, it is held to the same columns and sources as everyone else, and the page says that we publish it.
- No provider pays to be included or ranked, and links to other providers are plain links, not affiliate links.
- We recheck comparison data regularly and update the dates when we do.
Benchmarks
We have not published benchmarks yet. When we do, each one will state the plan, the location, the date, the tools and the commands used, and link to the raw output, so that you can repeat it.
Prices and dates
Pages that discuss prices, ours or anyone else’s, show when they were last updated. Our own prices are always on the pricing page, together with the billing rules.
Corrections
Found a mistake? Email [email protected] with “Correction” in the subject and a link to the page. If you represent a provider in one of our comparisons, include a link to the page that shows the correct fact. We fix confirmed errors, update the page’s date, and note significant corrections in our changelog.
